Xi'an Aojie Successfully Completes the Modine Hungary Aluminum Brazing Furnace Project

On the afternoon of May 21, the aluminum brazing furnace project undertaken by Xi'an Aojie Electric Heating Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. for Modine Hungary passed acceptance and was handed over, bringing the project to a successful close.

The Modine Hungary project marked another major overseas undertaking after Xi'an Aojie had exported products to nine countries, including Germany, Japan, Russia and India. A 13-member after-sales team dispatched by Xi'an Aojie carried out every stage of the on-site work: lifting and unloading, equipment handling, placement, positioning, leveling, alignment, connection, installation, commissioning, production support, training and handover for operation.

The team arrived at the Modine plant on March 24. Despite schedule pressure caused by the pandemic, the team maintained protective measures and worked with dedication, strictly following installation procedures, quality-control requirements and project milestones. Working overtime, they completed installation and successfully brazed the first workpiece on April 22. Through close communication with the customer during subsequent commissioning, production support and training, they completed final acceptance and handover on schedule. Modine Hungary's management expressed appreciation for Xi'an Aojie's work and professionalism and confirmed Xi'an Aojie as a globally qualified supplier to Modine.
