– A Record of the Achievements in the Implementation of Standardized Practices for Intellectual Property Management and Transfer in the Field of Brazing Furnaces
With the successful completion of the annual construction period, the first batch of standardized pilot projects in Xi'an, namely the “Standardization Pilot for Intellectual Property Management and Transformation in Furnace Manufacturing,” have been fully implemented by Xi'an Aojie Super Welding Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. The project will soon undergo a final evaluation by the municipal expert panel on November 4th. Since the approval of this pilot project, Aojie Super Welding has closely aligned its efforts with the development needs of high-end equipment manufacturing companies. By integrating intellectual property management into the standardization process, the company has developed an innovative management model that involves “full-chain integration, traceability throughout the entire process, and systematic improvements.” This approach has contributed significantly to the high-quality development of enterprises.
1. Address pain points and establish a comprehensive “standard matrix” across the entire chain
In the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, which relies heavily on research and development, common management challenges include scattered technical documents, inconsistencies between patent arrangements and overseas market demands, as well as poor cross-departmental collaboration.
During the pilot period, Aojie Super Gouging adhered to a problem-oriented approach. By referring to national standards such as GB/T 29490 and GB/T 35778, the company systematically reorganized and refined its intellectual property management processes. The company invested over 1.1 million yuan in specialized funds to establish a “trinity” standard system consisting of “general foundations, operational management, and support mechanisms”. A total of 51 enterprise standards were developed and issued, covering key aspects such as “Intellectual Property Technology Evaluation Management Standards”, “Trade Secret Management Standards”, and “Overseas Trade Intellectual Property Management Standards”. These standards were incorporated into 41 national standards, ensuring that all stages of intellectual property management—from creation, utilization, protection, to management and transformation—are fully covered by standardized procedures.
II. Conduct intensive training and promotion efforts to establish a solid foundation for standardized talent development
Standardization is essential, and talent is of utmost importance. To ensure that the entire standard system is effectively implemented, the company has developed a specialized standardization training program. This program includes various training sessions organized at different levels and for different roles, covering all business departments such as management, R&D, production, administration, and marketing.
The training focuses on implementing standards such as GB/T29490 and ISO56005. It covers various topics including intellectual property creation and protection, patent implementation practices, business secret management, risk prevention measures for overseas intellectual property, and practical applications of standardization processes. The training method involves expert lectures, case studies, and on-site Q&A sessions, aiming to transform complex standard provisions into actionable business procedures that can be directly implemented by employees.
During the pilot period, multiple specialized training sessions were organized. The coverage rate of standardized training for relevant staff reached over 90%. Participants completed the learning assessments, and all training materials, attendance records, and on-site footage were preserved. This effectively enhanced everyone’s awareness of standardization practices and practical skills. It also prepared a team of professionals who will be responsible for implementing these standards in the future, thereby laying a solid foundation for the continued development of the pilot project.

III. Practical testing to stimulate innovation and transformation capabilities
The standard system not only needs to be established, but also needs to be effectively implemented in practice. Through “form-based” management, Aojie Super Drill transforms standard guidelines into specific actions that can be carried out by individual employees. This approach enables simultaneous retrieval of information during project initiation, concurrent review of contracts, and hierarchical control over confidential information throughout the entire process.
Management efficiency has significantly improved: After the pilot program, the company’s patent application approval rate increased from 80% to 95%. The average research and development cycle was reduced from 360 days to 288 days (a reduction of 20%). The rate of intellectual property disputes dropped to zero, and the implementation rate of patents increased to 90%.
Cross-departmental collaboration faces a major challenge: In 2026, the company will undergo a name change, requiring the batch conversion of ownership for 61 patents, trademarks, and software copyrights both domestically and internationally. With the help of standardized processes, the Standards Office ensures efficient coordination among various departments across countries and institutions. During the pilot period, all intellectual property rights were transferred smoothly, without any issues or disputes, demonstrating the practical effectiveness of the standard system.
Innovative achievements are emerging rapidly: During the pilot period, the company applied for 10 new patents (including 5 invention patents), and obtained 1 software copyright and 1 art copyright. Additionally, there are 21 high-value patents. At the same time, the company successfully passed the first-level evaluation of “Innovation and Intellectual Property Management Capabilities” under ISO56005 (an international standard certification). The company’s intellectual property management capabilities have been highly recognized by third-party authoritative institutions.
The company possesses certain intellectual property rights, as well as results obtained from evaluations conducted by third parties.
IV. Empowering Development and Creating Industry-Leading Models
The ultimate goal of standardization efforts is to empower business operations. Aoji Super Brazing Technology closely integrates intellectual property rights with market applications, resulting in the industrialization of all core inventions. By 2025, the company achieved an operating revenue of 122 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 19.1%. The company successfully turned from a loss-making enterprise into a profitable one. New product sales accounted for 41.4% of total sales. Thanks to its strong technological advantages, the company not only remains a leader in the domestic market for internal combustion engine heat exchanger brazing equipment, but its products are also sold in more than ten countries, including Germany, India, and Mexico.
In addition, the company has further strengthened its collaboration between industry, academia, and research institutions. It has collaborated with Northwestern Polytechnical University to develop innovative technologies related to high-performance brazing techniques for aerospace equipment. Through technical development contracts, the company has clarified its goal of generating at least 4 patent inventions, thereby achieving a deep integration between the industrial chain and the innovation chain.

Conclusion:
The success of this standardized pilot project represents not only a comprehensive review of Aojie Super Gouging’s past intellectual property management practices, but also a new starting point for the company towards more refined and modern management practices. In the future, Aojie Super Gouging will continue to deepen its integrated management model of “intellectual property + standardization”. It will also strive to improve its digital ledger system, actively participate in the development of industry and national standards, and work hard to provide replicable and scalable “Aojie experiences” for the equipment manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province and across the country. By doing so, Aojie Super Gouging aims to accelerate its progress in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing.
